Job Description
A client is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support a rapidly growing portfolio of Generative AI initiatives under the firm's newly established Chief AI Officer organization. This individual will manage multiple concurrent AI-related projects, partner closely with attorneys, business leaders, IT, security, vendors, and training teams, and help drive adoption of strategic AI platforms across the firm.
Success in this role requires strong project management fundamentals, experience leading enterprise software implementations, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to operate within a highly fluid environment where priorities can shift quickly based on client and partner needs.

- 5-10+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise application implementations
- Strong vendor management experience
- Experience managing large-scale software rollouts

- Strong business case development and project documentation skills

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
