More the critical bridge between HR business operations and HR technology, ensuring HRIS processes are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. The day-to-day will include:? Owning end-to-end functional process design? Driving technical execution across HR, Payroll, Time, and Absence modules? Overseeing data integrity and system governance, and leading both functional and technical workstreams during the UKG-to-Workday implementation.? Support the HR team (currently under remapping with a new enrollment vendor) by managing daily HRIS and operational tasks. ? Source and collaborate with vendors to ensure daily reports run accurately and integrate correctly with operations and system platforms. ? Identify and reduce manual work by leveraging available automations within UKG and Workday. ? Participate in focus groups related to platform integration and help merge processes between Workday and the new system. ? Provide operational support, assisting both HR and Payroll leadership with recurring tasks and small integration projects. ? Work with the Payroll Director for each pay period to validate data, ensure correct system flows, and resolve access or security issues. ? Troubleshoot backend system issues, collaborating with help desk teams when technical problems arise. ? Monitor data flowing into and out of the system, ensuring accuracy, proper synchronization, and compliance. ? Prepare and deliver information for executives, ensuring data and reporting land correctly and professionally.Compensation: $53/hr. to $57/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. This person will be responsible for supporting the management, implementation, and administration of... More the company's compensation and total reward programs, ensuring the programs are competitive to market and support the companys compensation goals. On a day to day basis this person will support the Senior Compensation Analyst and the Total Rewards Manager in the design, analysis, and administration of the company's compensation programs. They will manage the daily administration of compensation programs, ensuring accurate results and timely delivery. They will assist in conducting job evaluations, benchmarking data, and making salary recommendations, as well as assist in benchmarking current pay practices and modeling of potential changes to total rewards programs. This person will participate in market-based compensation survey submissions and assist in in analyzing market to assess trends and industry-specific variables, and work with salary survey system to load and validate the results. They will administer the companys compensation programs, including base pay, annual salary increases, and quarterly and annual bonus incentives. Additionally they will work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that HRIS software systems meets compensation needs, and that systems are maintained to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc. They will consult with HRIS team to design management reports, assist HRIS on system maintenance and improvements for the Compensation module within Workday, and provide guidance on compensation matters to Management and HR business partners. This person will support Total Rewards initiatives and assist with various ad hoc projects and requests and be responsible for administrating the different HR and Compensation system platforms, such as PayFactors, Workday Compensation, Fidelity, etc. Lastly, its important this person continuously reviews and provides improvements to current processes within Compensation and HR.
