Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focused on driving the successful delivery of digital and technology initiatives across a complex, cross-functional environment.

The Lead Analyst will not build systems directly but will own execution end-to-end, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively.

This individual will act as a strategic partner to the business while also being accountable for execution—bringing both strong technical understanding and the ability to independently drive work without heavy oversight.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in:
○ Digital / technology environments (MarTech, digital platforms, enterprise systems, etc.)
○ Business analysis, product, or technical delivery roles
• Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivered solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally across:
○ Engineering / data / platform teams
○ Business stakeholders (marketing, operations, product, etc.)
• Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end
○ Intake → requirements → execution → delivery
○ Minimal hand-holding required
• Strong technical fluency
○ Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system interactions (no coding required)
• Ability to balance business & technical conversations
○ Can communicate effectively with both non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity across multiple initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organizations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in CPG, digital commerce, or marketing technology environments
• Exposure to:
○ Digital platforms (CMS, DAM, eCommerce, content tools like Salsify)
○ Platform ecosystems and integrations
• Familiarity with:
○ Product or product-owner ways of working
○ Agile / sprint-based delivery environments
• Experience identifying or supporting:
○ Process optimization
○ Workflow automation (RPA, tooling, etc.)
• Background in digital transformation or platform enablement initiatives
