Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead/Manager to own integration and conversion strategy for an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This is a highly technical leadership role... responsible for designing, leading, and governing integrations across Oracle HCM and broader ERP systems.Key Responsibilities- Lead integration and conversion strategy across Oracle HCM Cloud- Design and oversee OIC integrations between Oracle HCM and downstream systems- Lead data conversion strategy, including HDL and extract design- Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers- Partner with functional leads and solution architects to ensure end-to-end alignment- Ensure integrations align with security, scalability, and performance best practices- Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activitiesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
