Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all project phases.- Create and manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules.- Track progress, identify variances, and update milestones and completion timelines.- Prepare cost and performance reports, including earned value analysis and metrics (CPI, SPI).- Generate resource availability vs. requirement reports; provide monthly actual vs. planned hours by resource type.- Liaise with stakeholders to keep schedules current and support strategic decisions.- Update and communicate the annual capital plan monthly.- Consolidate project data from multiple sources into a single self-serve platform for Project Managers.- Prepare and distribute regular status and performance reports for management.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
