Our customer is seeking a hands-on Technical Trainer to design and deliver training for UAW-represented employees working in an automated machining environment. This is a 1-year contract role located in Flint, MI, with potential extensions and 1 opening. Key Responsibilities:? Develop a training curriculum and learning materials to train UAW-represented employees in an automated machining environment.? Create and refine training content focused on (including, but not limited to): ? General dimensioning & tolerancing? CNC fundamentals? Gauging practices? Build classroom training and on-the-job training (OJT) materials; baseline content may be available for review and reuse in some areas. ?
