- Elevate Through Grit Academy: For select nurses, we offer the opportunity to participate in our renowned Grit Academy program. Grit Academy provides advanced training and prepares nurses for success through a rigorous and immersive experience. This program is built specifically for clients that have chosen to keep their residency in the Philippines.

Grit Academy’s International Transition to Practice Program (ITPP) is the ultimate pathway for internationally educated nurses (IENs) aspiring to build successful careers in the United States and Canada. Delivered entirely in nurses’ home countries, the ITPP mirrors the rigor of a U.S.-standard nursing residency, equipping nurses with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for seamless integration into the U.S. healthcare system.

- Workforce Integration. Prepares nurses for healthcare dynamics, focusing on legal practices, interdisciplinary teamwork, and communication strategies to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Healthcare Technology. Familiarizes nurses with advanced tools like EMRs, medication management systems, and bedside equipment, ensuring seamless integration into tech-enabled workflows.
- Clinical Workflow. Teaches systematic assessments and clinical processes from admission to discharge, emphasizing life support protocols and managing deteriorating patients.
