- Interview: Speak with our team to learn more about the program and get your interview scheduled with the client.
- You Got The Job!: Congratulations! We’re excited to have you join the Insight Global Family.
- Exam & Licensure: Study and pass NCLEX and English Assessment. Apply and obtain your U.S. State Specific Nursing License.
- Visa Submission: Collect and submit required documents for filing.
- Clinical Education: Combination of courses, workshops, and simulations developed by the Insight Global Clinical Education Team.
- Pre-Deployment: Finalize logistics, meet your hospital team, and walkthrough first days being in the U.S.
- Arrive in North America and begin work: Welcome to your new career and team!
