  • How many people are in the job market for a specific role versus how many available roles exist?
  • If you have remote roles available, which locations are most cost-effective for hiring?
  • Are your existing employees being paid a fair salary?

“All of the above kind of just allows us to work together to see how we can be most efficient and successful whenever that need does arise,” said Scherer. “We’re in this world; we’re living it constantly, so to bring you guys into that, that’s the purpose of a market analysis.”
