Recognition highlights the people-first culture powering the company’s expanding consulting services across international markets
Insight Global, a talent, consulting, and AI company, has been named one of the U.K.’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2026, based on exceptional employee-reported feedback and workplace experience.
The honor marks the second workplace distinction Insight Global’s United Kingdom (U.K.) team has received this year, following its recognition as one of the U.K.’s Best Workplaces for Women. Together, these highlight the strength of Insight Global’s people-first culture as the company continues to expand its consulting services and global footprint.
Insight Global’s U.K. team supports a growing portfolio of clients across various industries, including global technology and financial services companies to leading healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media organizations, and more. As demand continues to grow, the team is partnering with customers to access the talent and expertise they need to navigate evolving business priorities. This is done while also remaining committed to building a workplace where employees can thrive in.
“We’ve always believed that our growth starts with our people,” said Linzee Capito, Executive Director of European Services. “As Insight Global continues to grow and serve customers in new and more complex ways, our culture gives our people the foundation to do their best work and grow alongside the business. This recognition is a testament to the special team and culture that we’ve built here.”
The success across Insight Global’s U.K. team reflects the company’s broader evolution over the last several years as it has expanded beyond traditional talent solutions to solve complex business challenges through talent, consulting, and AI services. Today, the company’s global consulting teams and workforce of over 40,000 deliver solutions across Cloud, Data, Enterprise Operations, and Applied Engineering.
Through that evolution, one thing has remained true to Insight Global: its purpose to develop its people personally, professionally, and financially so they can “be the light” to the world around them. That commitment is backed by action, including more than $100 million invested in employee training and development over the past five years across the company.
