Our client, a large nationwide AV integrator, is looking to hire a Sr. ESS Field Service Engineer to their team. This person will be responsible for providing onsite troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and hands on resolution for a wide range of Electronic Security Systems (ESS). This role supports both field service engineers and technicians by addressing complex technical issues, ensuring operational continuity, and contributing to the success of managed service efforts. Some travel is included but the majority of the work is in the greater Northern VA area Day to Day:?Ability to serve as the primary technical escalation point for all ESS related issues, providing expert level diagnostics, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and resolution of medium- to high complexity problems.?Repair, service, and operational health of ESS equipment, including planning and implementing system improvements to enhance performance and reliability.?Develop, execute, and track daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules, including reporting to ensure optimized system readiness and functionality across customized spaces.?Identify, failed, or degraded equipment and take full ownership through resolution, including documentation, communication, and follow through.?Perform safe, precise fault diagnosis, including removal, repair, testing, implementation, and verification of ESS components, devices, and systems.?Experience collaborating with client teams to schedule meetings and prepare meeting spaces, ensuring required technology accommodations for trainers and end users are fully functional.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A client of Insight Global is looking for a TIBCO Integrations and DevOps Lead to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles and technical expertise in TIBCO products. This candidate will split their time between infrastructure maintenance and integration application production support. This person will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure for the TIBCO environment. They will install, configure, and maintain TIBCO products (BusinessWorks, EMS, Hawk) that are on Linux servers. This individual will demonstrate expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo or Jenkins. They will also possess strong source control management skills with experience in Bitbucket, Git, or SVN. On the application production support side, this candidate will assist the production support team by managing the business applications. They will interface with business users and support team to effectively resolve issues that arise. It is essential for this person to obtain leadership skills and can be assertive in their communication. They must be a proactive problem-solver, driven, and have the ability to lead international teams independently. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (T/W/TH) and 2 days remote (M/F) working the hours of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.Day to Day Responsibilities:- Manage Integration and Integration administrative projects.- Leading Administration role on all TIBCO platforms as and when necessary.- Monitor system and application performance.- Maintain infrastructure Mapping and releases documentation of TIBCO products and patches.- Ability to perform deployments using automated framework / Non automated as requirement permits.- Ability to debug issues on TIBCO 6.X and 5.X environment and promote fixes.- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to run team.- Manage the configuration and operation of TIBCO Applications.- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.- Access management – Admin, Monitoring, Mashery, AZURE Subscription, SVN, Bitbucket, Nexus, Wallix.- Upgrade software and application as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.- Review application logs.- Accommodate any last-minute changes the build leaders/architects will want in the application.- Monitor the software application, document, and analyze problems.- Understand and document the overall TIBCO landscape.- Lead/Build global administration procedures.- Adept in understanding security vulnerabilities and taking correct measures working with the security team.Responsible for securing all integration and products in coordination with infra and security team.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
