Insight Global announced today the appointment of Krista Rouse as the company’s new Vice President of Product Management. Her appointment is effective January 8, 2024. Rouse will report to DeWayne Griffin, Chief Digital and Information Officer.

In this role, Krista will support Insight Global’s more than 300-person Information Technology (IT) organization and teams responsible for IT product strategy and growth, application development and delivery, and User Experience (UX).

“Krista is the perfect leader to help us level up the IT organization at Insight Global. She has years of experience in product development, and most importantly she is an excellent leader of people and teams,” said DeWayne Griffin.

Rouse has diverse experience leading large-scale product and strategy organizations for over 20 years. She began her career at AOL where she played a key role in managing technical projects and driving product development during her role of Principle Product Manager. In 2011, Rouse joined The Weather Channel where she held various leadership roles, including her most recent role as Head of Product, Privacy, and Strategic Partnerships where she led initiatives, privacy efforts, and collaborated with strategic partners.

In this new role, Rouse looks forward to playing a part in leading the company’s evolution into a product-led company.

“I have been fortunate to work for large, purpose driven brands throughout my career. Insight Global has a very strong purpose statement that appeals to my passion for creating experiences and building opportunities that help people thrive all over the world,” Rouse said. “What’s more, every person at Insight Global works with such enthusiasm to make this purpose a reality. I can’t say enough about how thrilled I am to join like minded, talented people.”

Outside of work, Krista has served as an active steering committee member of the Alliance for Integrative Approaches to Extreme Environmental Events and sits on the board of an Atlanta-based construction company.
