Insight Global Named a Best Company for Women During Third Annual Women’s Week

For over three years, we have celebrated Women’s Week in September to honor the accomplishments of women in our organization and beyond. Given what our world has been up against recently, it’s more important than ever to recognize the impact that women make as they aspire others to greatness. In order to do so, we have spent the week spotlight women across all facets of our business and personal networks by sharing spotlights, sending thank you letters, flowers and gifts. Here at Insight Global, our culture is vibrant and purposeful, and rooted in constant peer-to-peer appreciation and recognition.

We are a company that is proud of the impact our women make throughout our organization. During the pandemic, Insight Global proudly employed over 21,000 women in contract and full-time roles on site and remotely with our clients. Additionally, Insight Global women made up for 70% of all promotions earned last year, and we proudly welcomed new women into the company, which made up for 60% of 2020’s hiring class. With that, we are thrilled to announce that we have been named one of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work and Fortune for the fourth consecutive year.

“So many of you have brought the mission of our company to life in the most inspiring way. Thank you for inspiring greatness. Thank you for being you,” President Jessica Calzaretta said.

Women are a true source of hope, leadership and strength in our company, whose influence has transcended beyond the walls of Insight Global. As this week comes to a close, we are so thankful for the hard work and dedication of the women who continue to improve our workplace and communities. Hand-in-hand with our Women’s Leadership Council, our goal is to continue bringing opportunity to women and advancing them personally, professionally and financially for years to come.
