Insight Global has earned the #4 position on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2025 ranking of the Largest Direct Hire Firms in the United States, marking a significant rise from its #7 spot last year.
This list ranks staffing firms by estimated 2024 revenue, during which Insight Global generated an estimated $138 million in U.S. direct hire revenue. The company secured 1.2% of the $11.2 billion total market, demonstrating significant growth and strong strategic progress within its hiring services sector.
In total, 24 firms surpassed the $25 million mark in direct hire revenue last year, collectively representing $2.2 billion in market share. While the rankings focus on revenue size—not service quality or client satisfaction—the leap in Insight Global’s position points to expanding influence and operational excellence in the staffing industry.
Insight Global’s continued growth in the direct hire rankings mirrors its broader trajectory across the staffing industry. The company was also recently ranked the #4 largest staffing firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts, climbing one spot from the previous year. With a total of $4.1 billion in U.S. staffing revenue in 2024, Insight Global continues to grow in revenue and resiliency amid shifting market conditions.
