Insight Global Celebrates 2025 IGH USRN Award Winners

Insight Global proudly honored its nurses with a 2025 IGH U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) award ceremony, recognizing exceptional nurses for their compassion, clinical excellence, and commitment to community.

The USRN Awards Ceremony took place on April 21, 2026, bringing together Insight Global Health (IGH) leaders, team members, Hospital Client Executives, and nurses for an in person celebration at Insight Global headquarters. Award recipients were selected through nominations and voting by clients, peers, and IGH leadership, honoring nurses whose impact extends far beyond the bedside.

Together, these awards celebrate individuals who embody Insight Global’s shared values and exemplify the strength and heart of the USRN community.

After signing with IGH in 2023 and navigating early challenges, Aian became the first nurse at Midland Memorial Hospital to receive an H1B approval postlawsuit. Known for his exceptional clinical care, sound judgment, and compassionate leadership, Aian is deeply family‑oriented, extroverted, and passionate about science—bringing warmth and dedication to every patient and team he serves.
