The Epic Resolute PB Analyst for Community Connect is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Professional Billing workflows for affiliated practices using Epic?s Community Connect model. This role ensures accurate claim submission, payment posting, and billing processes for physician and clinic services. The analyst collaborates with revenue cycle teams, IT, and partner organizations to maintain system integrity and improve efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Connect Implementation & SupportConfigure and maintain Epic PB applications for Community Connect clients.Assist with onboarding new practices and tailoring workflows to their needs.Provide ongoing support for billing processes across multiple connected organizations.System Maintenance & TroubleshootingResolve break/fix issues related to claims, charge capture, and remittance.Test and validate changes in a safe environment before production.Workflow OptimizationAnalyze billing processes for Community Connect partners and recommend improvements.Implement enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Collaboration & TrainingWork closely with revenue cycle teams, finance, and IT to align system functionality with business needs.Train end-users on billing workflows and best practices.Compliance & DocumentationMaintain detailed documentation of system changes and workflows.Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.Compensation: $50/hr to $52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Insight Global is looking for a Jira Admin to join one of our clients. The position will be using agile transformation to consolidate IT tools used across a large enterprise. This candidate needs to have experience researching, documenting, and implementing Jira within the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a certification in Jira. The Jira Admin will be working alongside of the Jira Architect to help plan and diagnose any issues. Then after they will need to be able to document that information and present to business leaders.This is a fully remote role, ideally starting ASAP. Insight Global is seeking an IT Program Director to join one of our largest healthcare clients and serve as an integral team member helping drive program rigor and execution across the cyber security portfolio in a manner that meets client requirements. This individual will work fully remote supporting the Execution and Operations team that designs and/or provides the operational frameworks, processes, and tools for Cyber team implementation and use. Reporting directly to the Director of Cyber Execution and Operations, the candidate will work on a broad range of initiatives and diverse work products while regularly interacting with all levels of leadership across Cyber, IT, and the business. As a foundational member of a recently formed team, you will be directly involved in the team’s ongoing evolution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:? Key interface with other Cyber, IT, and business teams. Understands the importance of building a strong personal brand within an organization.? Program and Portfolio Management: Plan, execute, and oversee programs and initiatives to improve operations and execution.? Must be able to effectively communicate on a timely basis all aspects of your ownership space in a consistently professional, high quality manner including status on both individual work items and program initiatives.? Ensure Office of the CISO core foundational processes and procedures are properly documented and maintained.? Meeting planning, preparation, and support: Thrive on creating clear, concise, and relevant agendas, meeting notes, decks, and communications based on specific audiences that accurately reflect the Cyber brand. Effectively prepare presenters and actively facilitate meetings of all types (e.g., virtual, in-person, and hybrid).? Collaborate to identify Office of the CISO reporting needs to support ongoing strategic decision-making and work with necessary parties to create.? Microsoft SharePoint/Teams artifact storage rebuild, rebranding, and maintenance.? Budget optimization: Forecasting, contracting, invoicing, etc.? Identify areas of improvement and propose recommendations to address.? Coach and train cyber staff in operational best practices.?
