Sr. Controls Engineer

One of our Medical Device companies is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to support the development, deployment, and sustainment of automated manufacturing systems used in the production of medical device products. The engineer will lead automation initiatives, ensure system reliability and compliance, and provide technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines. This role supports both new equipment introduction and continuous improvement of existing automated systems.The engineer will be responsible for delivering automation and control system solutions across the full project lifecycle, including design, programming, integration, validation, and long term support. Production Support / Solutions Developer

Jacksonville, FL

( 5 days from office and shifts ranging from 12-8 or 1-9PM EST), Weekend and holiday shifts will be required on a rotating basis. Additionally, working from the office (clean room) is mandatory when handling client production environments.Insight Global is seeking a Solution Developer ? TLM Cloud Support to provide production support for mission-critical systems, ensuring system reliability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. This role requires strong experience with Oracle, SQL/PL/SQL, Unix, AWS, and incident/ticket management tools, along with a solid understanding of the Smart stream TLM product suite, ETL processes, and core investment banking concepts. The successful candidate will lead the resolution of complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy fixes and enhancements, and build automation to optimize support workflows while meeting SLAs. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, ownership of on-call responsibilities, and a working knowledge of the SDLC are essential to effectively liaise between support, development, and client-facing teams.
