Day to Day: An employer is looking for a Patient Account Rep in the Self Pay department to work on a special project reviewing bad debt accounts. This person will be working queues of bad debt accounts to see why they got stuck, where they need to be assigned to, or if it needs to go to collections. All data this person finds will be put into a report that is intended to reduce collections accounts. They also work to resolve any issues related to billing and collections. This individual will also be doing back office work, reviewing accounts, doing audits, and jump on the phone queue when calls are high. Billing and Payment Processing: ? Processing patient payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay balances. ? Ensuring accurate posting of payments to patient accounts. ? Working with patients to set up payment plans or negotiate repayment options. Patient Communication and Support: ? Answering patient inquiries about their bills, including questions about charges, balances, and payment options. ? Explaining billing policies and procedures to patients. ? Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collection and Account Management: ? Identifying and addressing outstanding balances. ? Contacting patients to inform them of overdue balances and offer solutions. ? Working with patients to resolve collection issues and facilitate payment. ? Negotiating settlements and payment plans with patients. Record Keeping and Data Entry: ? Maintaining accurate records of patient accounts, including payments, balances, and communication logs. ? Entering and updating patient information and billing data in the healthcare system. ? Compliance and Professionalism: ? Adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant privacy and compliance standards. ? Insight Global is seeking a Senior TPS Design Engineer with a strong materials engineering focus to support the development of next-generation reentry systems. This role sits at the intersection of materials science, design, and hands-on development, with a focus on building and scaling advanced Thermal Protection Systems (TPS) for hypersonic vehicles.You will play a critical role in taking TPS concepts from early-stage design through testing and toward production, working on one of our client?s core programs. This is a high-ownership role within a fast-moving, early-stage team, where engineers are expected to contribute across design, materials development, and shop-floor execution.Responsibilities will include ? Design and develop advanced TPS solutions for reentry vehicles, with a focus on ablatives, ceramics, and hot structure materials? Lead or support material formulation, testing, and characterization, including lab-based development of new TPS materials? Own TPS components from concept through testing, including participation in full design cycles and test campaigns? Drive integration of TPS materials into flight hardware, including bonding, machining, and installation approaches? Partner closely with structures, aerothermal, and manufacturing teams to optimize performance and manufacturability? Support test campaigns (subscale and full-scale), analyze failures, and iterate rapidly on design and material improvements? Help define and scale processes for TPS production, including material formulation and manufacturing workflows?
