The LMS System Administrator works in a highly collaborative, team-driven environment and is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization?s LMS (Pathways), engaging internal stakeholders, designing and implementing custom solutions, reporting, troubleshooting, and help desk support for approximately 70,000 associates in the U.S. and internationally.?Loads and maintains LMS content, including homegrown training and 3rd party courses and curricula.?Engages stakeholders to flesh out requirements. The Final Docs Coordinator supports the mortgage operations team by handling incoming and outgoing loan documents after closing. This is an entry-level, production-based role focused on mail processing, document identification, and shipping. We are building out our team to support the increasing regulatory filings and data requests related to analytical and modeling methodologies.
