You will integrate relevant elements of JIPOE, conduct deliberate and crisis-action planning using the Joint Planning Process (JPP), and guide diverse stakeholder teams to produce plans aligned with the Commander?s priorities and intent. Responsibilities include developing Staff Estimates, supporting Operational Planning Teams and Working Groups, participating in B2C2WG activities, and delivering briefings to senior leaders. You will author and staff CONOPS and Level 1?4 plans, produce issue papers and white papers, and create mission-type orders for defensive cyberspace campaigns. Additionally, you will develop assessment indicators to measure operational effectiveness, ensure synchronization with subordinate elements, coordinate across commands and agencies, and contribute to contingency campaign planning for anticipated operations.Compensation:$72/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
