Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with AV systems... in commercial environments across the DMV. This role will have regular work hours as well as on-call rotations.Duties:? Travel to assigned jobsites during the week to troubleshoot and correct issues for MTG's Customers' AV systems? Analyze, troubleshoot, devise, and implement resolutions for customers' problem systems/equipment? Update documentation as necessary for any code updates, equipment RMA's/exchanges, etc.? Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled for clients' AV systems? Research parts and work with manufacturers to replace components? Check in with customer throughout the visit, and update the customer on the status of the service call before leaving site? Provide detailed status report daily after each service visit?
