OverviewInsight Global is hiring a Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets) for a leading healthcare system in Oklahoma City. This individual will play a key role in fixed asset and capital accounting,... partnering closely with project managers and finance teams to track projects, analyze spend, and ensure accurate capitalization.This role is ideal for someone who is driven, curious, and motivated to improve accounting processes, especially in a growing environment with upcoming system enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage fixed asset accounting, including tracking additions, disposals, and depreciationPartner with project managers to track capital projects, budgets, and spend activityReview and analyze incoming invoices to ensure proper capitalization vs. expense treatmentMaintain visibility into project status and provide financial updates as neededSupport month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)Assist in updating and maintaining accurate fixed asset and project recordsContribute to process improvements within accounting workflowsSupport ongoing and future system enhancements (Workday or similar ERP)Day-to-Day EnvironmentHeavy interaction with project managers to track capital project statusReviewing and analyzing invoices tied to projects and spendMonitoring what?s coming through financially and ensuring accurate categorizationActive involvement in improving processes and preparing for future system enhancementsOpportunity to support or be involved in upcoming Workday-related initiativesCompensation: $58k-$88k based on experience.
