Coordinate field operations and data collection, with respect to schedule and field budget.? Serve as a technical lead in their area of specialty, solving technical problems with appropriate assistance from senior staff. ? This team member will be responsible for... administrative support for a Sr. Director in Technology and providing Project Coordination for multiple Directors within Technology Services. Duties include scheduling, financial record keeping/expense reconciliation, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing invites. May work on special projects. It will be about 20% administration and 80% project coordination. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
