More Fauquier County VA, or San Antonio TX and join a dynamic team of industry professionals across the Information Technology (IT) and Critical Environments (CE) spectrum within a 24x7x365 mission-critical datacenter. such as electrical, mechanical, controls, or generators?and independently manage advanced tasks within my discipline. I regularly inspect and supervise critical facility equipment, including control systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems, as well as building and grounds conditions, ensuring that any unsafe or abnormal findings are escalated according to established policies and standards. Using the internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), I track equipment assets and complete work order requests to support maintenance operations. I respond quickly and safely to abnormal site conditions, leading onsite incident response teams and coordinating with other critical facilities professionals to complete corrective repairs without supervision. Additionally, I contribute to enhancing, developing, or following existing emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to CE operations and incident response.Under minimal oversight, I perform planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance and repair activities for various equipment types, strictly adhering to approved MOPs and SOPs. I maintain strong hands-on knowledge of equipment function and independently troubleshoot systems, subsystems, and components within my trained discipline, providing guidance to lower-level colleagues as needed. I consistently follow and enforce all safety and security requirements?including job hazard assessments, EH&S policies, toolbox talks, and business procedures?to ensure work is completed safely, reliably, and in compliance with Microsoft standards. Maintaining secure operations is essential to this role, including upholding the necessary security clearance and adhering to strict site security protocols to support customer trust.Because work occurs in a high-security, high-compliance environment with no external connectivity?and where personal electronic devices are prohibited?advanced critical thinking and methodical execution are essential.
