The ideal candidate will have experience in home healthcare, strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to assess the level of care being provided to clients, specifically review of Oasis documentation- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans for implementing process improvements- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care is being delivered- Assist in creating patient care plans and reviewing patient documentation for quality assurance purposes- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures- Provide education and training to team members on quality assurance and improvement- Participate in hiring and training of new nursing staff- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies- Participate in patient care conferences and provide input for individual care plans- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and quality of caremetrics- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for quality assuranceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
