This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment facilities, monitoring water quality, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring treatment systems are meeting operational and environmental targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water treatment operations, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a close-knit team environment.Day-to-Day:? Operate and monitor water treatment systems and facilities.? Conduct routine water quality testing and track KPIs, including: ? Iron (Fe)? TDS (Total Dissolved Solids)? TSS (Total Suspended Solids)? H2S? ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential)? pH levels? Monitor and adjust chemical treatment processes to maintain water quality targets.? Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot chemical injection systems and chemical pumps.? Support operation and maintenance of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) units and other water treatment equipment.? Monitor and troubleshoot electrical and diesel-powered pumps ranging from 300-600 HP.? Utilize company software and applications to document operations, inspections, and performance metrics.? Assist with facility maintenance, construction support, and continuous improvement projects.?
