The focus will be on planning and executing laboratory technology initiatives, including new instrument installations, system refreshes, and large scale project deployments, with a significant portion of work tied to 36 hospitals going live. This leader will be responsible for creating and executing a repeatable, standardized approach to lab system rollouts, particularly around integrations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability across the organization. In parallel, the role will provide standard day to day support for laboratory systems while managing several national initiatives at the same time. Success will be defined by the ability to balance high volume operational support with long term project planning.
