Spends significant time leading or assisting in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies? Expected to develop a schedule designed to meet necessary deadlines, communicate with team members about that schedule, and track work to make sure it is on pace to make deadlines? Organize and drive stakeholder meetings and working sessions? Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings? Document project phases and create summary reports for executive committee? Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that documentation is maintained appropriately for each project? Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable? Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent; evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach? Proactively engage present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, and implementation.? Build collaboration among stakeholders; negotiate authority to move the project forward? Create a sense of belonging and ownership among team members and promote mutual support and interaction?
