Job Responsibilities:?Perform data entry, including updating member and referral records, inputting wage and benefit information, and processing payments.?Manage daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, visitor greetings, staff and officer support, bookkeeping, job dispatching, and maintaining an updated contract list.?Maintain office supplies, office equipment, and organized record-keeping, including email and address lists, filing documents, and making copies.?Handle various accounts and conduct payment reconciliation.?Assist in setting up training classes and maintaining an up-to-date training list.?Develop familiarity with the union's venues, employers, members, referrals, and contracts.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
