This leader will be responsible for growing and managing a regional power portfolio, driving... client development, and expanding market presence across Missouri and Kansas. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in power generation, a strong leadership background, and an owner?s mindset to capitalize on the significant data center and utility growth occurring in the region. This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to build out a long-term power footprint in a rapidly expanding market. Responsibilities include: ? Lead and grow clients Power market presence in the Missouri/Kansas region ? Drive business development, client expansion, and market diversification ? Serve as Principal-in-Charge on select power projects ? Oversee execution quality, staffing plans, and operational performance ?
