The selected candidate will support execution of production and pre-production IPS component testing as part of a highly technical propulsion engineering effort.The engineer will provide hands-on, deck-plate support for main propulsion system (MPS) pre-production equipment, including propulsion controls and subcomponents, motor drives, and propulsion motors. Support will continue through follow-on motor module test programs and inter-module testing activities.This is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. The position requires completion of a 6?9 month training rotation at another engineering site in CT prior to permanent transfer to Philadelphia. The role supports continuous testing operations, including second and third shift coverage as required. On-call support outside of standard business hours, including weekends, should be expected. Remote work is generally not supported except under special circumstances.
