We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong millwright, fabrication, machining, and industrial troubleshooting capabilities to lead maintenance operations in a high-production... truss manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues while directing technicians and coordinating maintenance activities across the facility.
