This role blends strategic leadership with field engagement and ensures that high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care is consistently delivered across the region.The RDON leads clinical field staff, drives accountability, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens patient satisfaction, and supports new patient onboarding through close collaboration with Business Development, Intake & Authorization, Scheduling, QA, HR, and other internal teams.Key Focus Areas1.
