This role... is responsible for ensuring compliance across all delivery orders, maintaining quality assurance standards, and supporting safety and infection control protocols in a highly regulated healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Program Oversight:Administer and maintain the contractor?s Quality Control Management Program across the entire contract scope.Quality Assurance:Monitor and inspect all delivery orders for compliance with contract specifications, standards, and regulations.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of inspections, certifications, and prepare monthly reports summarizing findings and corrective actions.Process Review & Improvement:Periodically evaluate QC procedures and recommend improvements for preventive and corrective maintenance.Inspection & Re-Inspection:Conduct thorough inspections and follow-ups to ensure resolution of identified issues.Data Collection & Systems Entry:Collect and prepare data for Government systems such as DMLSS.Safety & Incident Management:Research safety topics, prepare incident/accident reports, and conduct safety meetings as needed.Hazardous Waste & Infection Control:May manage hazardous waste disposal and issue infection control or interim Life Safety permits.Training & Material Control:Train personnel on material control, equipment management, and quality procedures.Other Duties:Perform additional tasks as assigned to support contract execution and compliance.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
