Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Pharmacist for an onsite opportunity with a small, newly established micro-hospital serving an underserved rural Arizona community. The facility... supports a low daily census?approximately eight inpatient beds and four patients per day?allowing for a calm, manageable workflow, and meaningful clinical impact. This role is primarily focused on order verification, supporting nursing and physicians, and ensuring safe and accurate medication use across inpatient and ER services. The pharmacy operates without sterile or non-sterile compounding and handles general medications only. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with responsibilities including medication order verification, answering clinical questions, and loading medications into the Omnicell system. As the pharmacist, you?ll work closely with pharmacy leadership, nursing leadership, and the medical team while helping support medication safety standards, inventory processes, and overall pharmacy operations for this growing facility.
