The Project Manager will work closely with architects, contractors, and fixture vendors, manage budgets and schedules, handle project expenses, and maintain documentation within Smartsheets. This individual must be able to plug into an established program team quickly, collaborate with a program lead and coordinator, and operate independently across multiple markets. The role requires 25?50% travel (often in batches, such as West Coast locations), with remote work when not onsite, and a strong commitment to the travel cadence over time.
