Responsibilities 1.Process optimization and efficiencies: ?Map and streamline internal processes across departments (sales ? onboarding ? billing ? support). ?Identify bottlenecks in customer lifecycle and implement automation or tools to reduce manual work. ?Develop SOPs (standard operating procedures) for repeatable business functions. 2. Data, Reporting & Analytics?Create dashboards for KPIs: MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, ARR, and operational performance. ?Manage business intelligence tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Notion, etc.). ?Provide actionable insights to leadership based on customer and revenue data. 3. Tooling & Systems Management?Own SaaS stack management (CRM, billing, analytics, project management, helpdesk). ?Evaluate new tools for scalability and cost efficiency. ?Ensure data integrity and integration between systems (e.g., HubSpot ? Quickbooks ? Product usage DB). 4. Finance & Compliance Support?Participate in benefit management and annual renewal/deployment process ?Support invoicing, revenue recognition, and spend tracking with finance. ?Help prepare operational inputs for board decks or investor updates. ?Ensure compliance processes are followed (especially for regulated industries like healthcare). 5. Customer Lifecycle Optimization?Manage and work with customer success to monitor onboarding times, renewal rates, and NPS. ?Build operational workflows for renewals, upsells, and billing adjustments. ?Implement automation for repetitive support or onboarding tasks. Key KPI's Examples ? Operational Efficiency: Time-to-close, onboarding time, SLA adherence. ?Financial: Revenue leakage prevention, billing accuracy, cost per acquisition. ?Customer Health: Retention rate, churn %, NPS. ?Internal Health: Tool adoption, cross-department handoff times, process automation coverage. Reports to Site Level Project Manager.Description?Be assigned to the site on a full-time basis for the duration of field activities. The Quality Control Manager will be the ground level owner of project quality control.?Responsible for administration of the quality control management program, and for overall quality control of project related subcontract activities, materials and processes, ensuring contract compliance in accordance with testing, inspections and records.?Have authority to stop and call for resolution or rework for deficient work and request corrective action to maintain project quality requirements.?Monitor and inspect all delivery orders for compliance against approved submittals and confirm that all materials received are ?Buy America? compliant.?Maintain daily records of inspections and certifications.?With support from corporate quality control, lead, produce, maintain and update the site level quality control program in accordance with contract requirements.?Periodically review the quality control program to ensure compliance by all trades.?Utilize the USACE 3-Phase Quality Control system of management. In coordination with site management, provide recommendations for changes to procedural or administrative controls and/or personal protective equipment to eliminate those hazards. Consult with the Site Superintendent, and the Contracting Officer to coordinate for any modifications to the accepted APP/SSHP and evaluate as the solution is implemented.?Schedule, coordinate and deliver weekly safety training/briefings to the workforce or procure weekly safety documentation from trade companies.
