Lead the development of electrical designs, including circuits, PCBs, flex circuits, wiring, and test fixtures.? Apply advanced electrical theory (transmission line behavior, signal integrity, power analysis) to ensure robust performance.? Evaluate how existing products can be adapted or modified to meet new customer needs.? Ensure electrical considerations are properly incorporated into mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.Testing, Validation & Documentation? Develop comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Design Validation Test (DVT), and qualification test procedures that directly verify customer requirements.? Support test execution and assist the Test Lab in troubleshooting and interpreting results using advanced measurement tools.? Produce complete and accurate engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, compliance matrices, and technical reports.R&D, Troubleshooting, & Continuous Improvement? Lead R&D efforts to enhance existing products or develop new capabilities based on customer needs and emerging technologies.? Serve as a key technical resource when issues arise during design, build, or testing phases.? Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for complex electrical or system-level issues.? Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and test methodologies.Cross-Functional Support? Provide electrical expertise to Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, and customers as needed.?
