This role plays a critical part in... delivering a high-quality patient experience by serving as the first point of contact for patients via inbound and outbound calls. The Patient Access Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, coordinating follow-up visits, and verifying insurance eligibility while accurately collecting and documenting required patient information. This position also provides patients with clear and professional information regarding services, providers, and appointment details, ensuring a seamless access and registration process. In addition to call handling, the role includes general administrative duties related to patient access and registration. A strong phone presence, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential, as representatives are expected to manage a high call volume while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
