They will partner closely with Project Managers, Sales, and the Install Manager to coordinate technician scheduling, support sales opportunities, and ensure successful project execution.This role is responsible for driving team performance, analyzing operations, and recommending process improvements to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. The individual will also assist with estimating, review bids for accuracy, and ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are consistently met.The HVAC Controls Supervisor will oversee workforce planning, support hiring and retention, and deliver performance reviews and development plans for direct reports. They will lead operational and financial reviews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain alignment with overall business strategy and branch goals.This position supports multiple locations including Knoxville and Chattanooga, requires local travel within a 90-mile radius, and may include occasional weekend work.
