The quoting specialist creates and manages job numbers, maintains an accurate quote log in Excel and Epicor, and assigns each request to the appropriate quoter while tracking progress. All client communication is handled primarily via email, requiring strong written communication and attention to detail. Internally, the role works closely with a team of approximately five quoters to coordinate assignments and ensure requests are properly documented and routed.
