The Estimator is responsible for supporting pre-construction efforts by preparing accurate bids and pricing for specialty construction projects. This role focuses on reviewing plans and... specifications, completing quantity takeoffs, sourcing vendor and subcontractor pricing, and developing detailed proposals that clearly define scope, qualifications, and exclusions. The Estimator ensures bids are competitive and profitable by entering data into estimating software, meeting bid deadlines, and following up with general contractors as needed.
