DFM: Provide critical feedback on new designs to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.? Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including work instructions and creating fixtures.? Troubleshooting: Resolve manufacturing issues using root cause analysis.? Cost Reduction: Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.? Drawing Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings to ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality.?New Product Introduction (NPI): Support smooth transitions from design to production.The Manufacturing Engineer II role requires a deep understanding of technical drawings, including tolerancing, and how designs translate to manufacturable parts within a machining environment (CNC, lathes).
