More and meetings and successfully completing onboarding procedures as the company expands their operations. Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). As a part time role, this person will only be working 30 hours a week. It is expected that this person works on-site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week. The schedule looks like 8AM - 2PM or 9AM - 3 PM M-F, however there is some flexibility there as well as long as core business hours are covered. This is a 6-9 month contract role and we can offer between $21-$25/hr.
