Drive closure of electrical-related corrective actions and maintain as-built drawings.? Support functional safety activities, including SIL verification and SIF design reviews.? Support site power distribution including substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and UPS.? Manage preventive/predictive maintenance: IR thermography, DGA, and breaker testing.? Maintain arc flash studies and labels; ensure NFPA 70E compliance and lead root cause analysis for nuisance trips, power disturbances, or equipment failures.2) Process Control Reliability & Automation? Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the automation and control systems for Dorst, Digital Press, and Osterwalder press equipment. ? Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and GE 90-30 PLC platforms.? Maintain firmware, backups, and revision control for control systems.? Support interlocks, alarms, and instrument loop verification.3) Innovation & Capital Projects? Provide electrical and controls engineering scope for innovation or expansion projects.? Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, and corporate standards.4) Compliance, Documentation & Training? Maintain arc flash documentation and electrical safety compliance.? Identify and drive closure to hardware design risks, assembly escapes, poor module quality, as well as software/firmware issues affecting product performance and reliability. Generate necessary test scenarios and collect data needed to isolate failure modes.? Collaborate with relevant internal (mechanical, electrical, quality, software engineering teams) and external (vendors) stakeholders.? Provide inputs to the design and process teams to improve design quality and production yield. This can be completed through lessons learned and developmental systems tear-downs to identify risk factors.? Participate in the execution of failure analysis for any possible field safety escalations.? Utilize various diagnostic equipment to characterize failures (power supply, oscilloscope, audio tester, thermal camera, microscope).? Organize and manage lab space including testing areas, assembly areas, and other project workspaces.?
