The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and analytical skills, along with The contractor will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Pricing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting accuracy, reporting enhancements, some GTN analysis, and financial decision-making.The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across both strategic FP&A support and hands-on operational finance activities depending on business needs.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesFP&A Support & Forecasting-Support monthly forecasting, Latest Estimates (LE), annual budgeting, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes-Prepare and maintain financial models, management reporting, and variance analysis-Analyze sales, gross margin, OPEX, and key business drivers-Assist with scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support business decisions-Support monthly close activities from an FP&A perspective, including commentary and variance explanationsReporting & Analytics-Prepare recurring management reporting packages and KPI dashboards-Support Power BI / Excel-based reporting enhancements and automation initiatives-Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities-Assist in improving reporting consistency and financial visibility across the organizationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
