Additionally, the engineer will lead ongoing risk management activities, conducting regular risk assessments across cost, schedule, and technical execution and driving mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of the program. From a technical standpoint, they will lead integration and test planning efforts, guide high-level validation activities, and ensure readiness for customer demonstrations. Candidates will regularly interface with internal stakeholders and external customers, contribute to cost generation and technical write-ups, and continuously adapt program plans based on evolving priorities. This role will start fully onsite in Plano, TX to support ramp-up and collaboration, with flexibility to transition to a hybrid schedule over time, operating on a 9/80 work schedule.
