This role works closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate those needs into accurate, efficient, and user-friendly reports. The Report Writer will develop both simple and complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support operational and financial reporting needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities? Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and document report specifications? Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)? Write and optimize SQL queries, including complex joins, nested queries, subqueries, views, and stored procedures? Validate and reconcile report data to ensure accuracy and reliability? Troubleshoot and resolve report errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies? Maintain existing reports and modify them as business needs evolve? Follow company standards, processes, and documentation practices for report development?
