You will configure and maintain Port connectors, integrate APIs, and automate self service actions that currently require coordination across five different teams. Your work will involve pulling data via APIs, handling JSON, organizing the underlying data model, and customizing the UI to match how teams need to consume and interact with information. You will partner closely with DevOps, platform engineering, and service owners to integrate systems such as GitHub, ServiceNow, and Jira. This position requires a blend of DevOps engineering experience, system integration skills, and analytical thinking to design how the database, UI, and workflows should operate. Although heavy coding is not required, scripting may be used when connectors are not available. As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI/ML systems and platform development, you will help lead the creation of a scalable AI Platform.
