This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform, overseeing the governance, administration, security, automation, and ongoing support of the organization’s Power Platform environment in support of AI initiatives and CRM cloud migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Platform architecture, licensing, environment management, security controls, and operational best practices, enabling business teams to leverage automation and platform services effectively. The ideal candidate understands AI/ML products, can build strategic roadmaps, develop business cases, drive adoption, and help leadership make informed decisions about where to invest in AI and advanced analytics.? Partner with executives and business leaders to uncover AI and analytics opportunities.? Lead discovery sessions and evaluate potential use cases.? Build strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value.? Translate business requirements into clear direction for Data Science and technical teams.? Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and decision-support tools across the organization.? Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.? Create reusable playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources.? Track adoption metrics, business outcomes, and realized value.? Present recommendations and progress updates to leadership.?
